INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth — Refrigerate after opening.

METHOD

  1. Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until cold and slightly diluted.
  3. Strain over one large ice cube and express an orange peel over the glass.
