Irish Coffee
Hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and a proper cream cap.

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz fresh hot coffee
- 2 tsp brown sugar — Adjust to taste.
- 1 oz lightly whipped cream — Keep it pourable.
METHOD
- Warm a heat-safe glass with hot water, discard the water, then add brown sugar and hot coffee.
- Stir in the Irish whiskey until the sugar dissolves.
- Float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon and finish with a small dusting of nutmeg.
