INGREDIENTS

2 oz Canadian whisky
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

METHOD

Add Canadian whisky, simple syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until cold and strain over one large ice cube.
Express an orange peel over the drink and add the peel and cherry.
