INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Prosecco — Chilled.
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz soda water — Chilled.

METHOD

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add Prosecco, then Aperol, then soda water.
  3. Stir once, gently, and garnish with an orange half-wheel.
